roasted tomatoes

Tomatoes taste even better when they’re roasted. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle lightly with olive oil and add few cloves of unpeeled garlic. Roast at 225C for 2 hours (depending on your oven and how dry you want your tomatoes). They also work with regular size tomatoes (not cherry tomatoes as shown in picture) but just less sweet. ¬†Perfect little snacks or add it to a salad or pasta.
