Seasoning soup :
Dashi (konbu, shitake, bonito flakes)
Boil udon noodles according to direction on package – al dente.
Heat wok with oil, cook meat and then the veggies for few minutes each. Add the cooked noodles with seasoning and extra soy sauce for flavor. Season with salt if necessary.
The dish was pretty decent but not the best. Will have to attempt this another time.
Used the same dashi but cooked cut-up pieces of korean short ribs before the noodles. Nom nom nom.
